Robyn also worked with us to facilitate a win- win situation. She is a class act whose negotiation style keeps in mind both parties. At the same time, she remained a strong advocate for us. Her partner Mel also lives at the lake and, therefore has a genuine interest in a positive outcome for her clients. Mel worked tirelessly to show our home during off hours and with little notice. The communication from both Robyn and Mel was outstanding! Highly recommend!

Melanie has been very responsive and helpful during this process. Our house was listed at 12 on a Friday and we received a full asking price within 24 hours time. The house went into contract on 3 days time. The effort they put into our house with the pictures and videos were stunning and the whole process was quick and painless.
